Place your bare foot on a sheet of paper, mark the back of the heel and the tip of the longest toe, then measure the distance in a straight line. Measure both feet and use the longer measurement when selecting your size.

Choose your size using foot length rather than the size you normally wear in another brand. The measurements below refer to foot length, not the internal insole or external outsole length. When your measurement falls between two sizes or you intend to wear thicker socks, choose the larger size.
